Refunds, deposits, and rescheduling

## Scope This policy covers tuition for Chart Structure Intensive, Indicator Discipline Workshop, Weekend Chart Clinic, Chart Foundations Evening Series, and Private Chart Mentoring offered by Auto Workflow Sys. It does not cover third-party charting subscriptions, broker fees, or products we do not sell. ## Eligibility window Full refunds of tuition paid (including deposit) are available if you cancel in writing more than fourteen days before the first scheduled session of a multi-session course, or more than seven days before a single-day workshop or clinic. Mentoring sessions may be cancelled for a full refund up to forty-eight hours before the appointment. ## Partial refunds Cancellations inside the windows above but before the course starts may receive a partial refund after deduction of an administrative fee of AUD 75, or forfeiture of the deposit when the deposit is larger. Once a multi-session course has begun, refunds are calculated on unused sessions only if Auto Workflow Sys cancels remaining nights or you provide medical documentation that prevents attendance; otherwise unused sessions are non-refundable. ## Non-refundable items - Deposits after the full-refund window closes, when a seat was held and not filled from the waitlist - Printed workbooks already produced for your seat once the course has started - Completed mentoring sessions - Digital replay access already issued after a cohort ends ## Rescheduling You may request one free move to a later cohort of the same course if seats remain and you write to us before the original start date. Additional moves may incur an AUD 50 administration fee. Mentoring appointments may be rescheduled once without fee if notice is given at least forty-eight hours ahead. ## No-shows Failure to attend without notice forfeits the session or seat fee. Replay access for intensives is still provided when the cohort completes if tuition was paid in full. ## Work already started If Auto Workflow Sys has already delivered classroom hours, mentoring time, or custom study-group preparation, fees for delivered portions are not refundable. ## Purchased materials Optional printed reprints ordered after enrolment are non-refundable once printed. ## Refund process and timing Email hello@autoworkflowsys.digital with “Refund request”, your full name, course name, and cohort dates. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within ten business days of approval.
